The mission of SIEOC’s Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) is to promote quality child care and out of school time learning for all children by providing information, education and support to families, early care professionals and the community. SIEOC’s CCR&R serves Clark, Dearborn, Decatur, Franklin, Harrison, Jackson, Jefferson, Jennings, Ohio, Ripley, Scott, Switzerland, and Washington counties. The program helps families understand the differences in early education programs by giving them a list of providers to choose from. The program offers child care professionals ongoing professional development and resources to improve the quality of their services.
