The Indiana Partnership for Inclusive Child Care (IPICC) educates providers that quality, developmentally appropriate care for one child is quality, developmentally appropriate care for ALL children. The key to successful inclusion of young children in early childhood settings is the provision of training, technical assistance and support to staff. This training, technical assistance and support are available through the Inclusion Specialists in all Child Care Resource and Referral agencies throughout Indiana.

The Indiana partnership for Inclusive Child Care (IPICC) was created to improve access, quality and availability of inclusive environments for families of children with and without special needs. SIEOC Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) employs an Inclusion Specialist who can answer questions about rights and responsibilities of both providers and families. Providers and/or families may request a classroom or individual observations and on-site consultation services.

Training is an important part of IPICC and is available for providers, administrators, families and therapists. Go to the Training Calendar on this site to see a list of scheduled training or call SIEOC CCR&R to request customized training.
